Our rates are based on the size. The frequency of cleaning which could be weekly, biweekly or monthly or one time cleaning. We will happily give you a free estimate by filling out the website form or just by simply calling us directly.

Please give us notice of 72 hours in advance. We would really appreciate that.

Most of our clients won’t be home during cleaning. You can always give us instructions on how to enter your home.

We highly suggest that you organize your things so that our time can be spend cleaning instead of organizing. Nonetheless, we can also accommodate to help you organize everything.

For our recurring or regularly scheduled cleaning services, many of our clients provide us with keys to their homes. Some clients will offer access codes for keyless entry systems or use lockboxes with keys secured on coated keychains. If you live in a building with a concierge, we can easily pick up the key from the front desk. Your security and comfort are our top priorities, and we take every precaution to ensure safe access to your home.

Prices do not include taxes, it does include everything else

We strive to accommodate your needs and are happy to make schedule adjustments whenever possible. However, to effectively fill openings, we require at least one full business day’s notice for cancellations. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, a fee of 75% of the estimated cost will be charged. For cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance, there will be no charge.

If a client is not home to let the cleaners in, or if a key is not provided, the cleaners will wait a maximum of 20 minutes for access. Any wait time will be added to your bill. If access cannot be gained after 20 minutes, it will be considered a lockout, and you will be billed 100% of the cleaning cost.

Additionally, we require two full business days’ notice for confirmation of appointments. If we reach out to confirm and do not hear back within 48 hours, the appointment may no longer be available, but there will be no charge in that case. We only hold appointments for clients who have confirmed.
